Position Overview:
Optigy is seeking an Emergency Medicine physician for a micro-hospital in San Antonio that delivers full inpatient and 24/7 emergency medical care. This opportunity is ideal for those trained in EM or with a primary care background and emergency experience. ED Volume: 27,000 annual visits ED Beds: 15 Inpatient Beds: 8 Coverage Model: 12-hour shifts with 24 hours of physician coverage daily, plus APP support Documentation:

Qualifications:
o BC/BP in Emergency Medicineo OR BC/BP in Family or Internal Medicine with Emergency Medicine experience Additional Resources:o 24/7 in-house X-ray and CTo 24/7 radiology reads on all modalitieso 24/7 ultrasound on-call Compensation:
Base Compensation: $250-280/hr (W2); $270-$300+ (1099) Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 CME/BEA: $4,000 tax-free annually New Grad Package: $6,500 + licensing costs (state & DEA) in year one Employment Models: W-2 and 1099 available Benefits:
