Position Summary

We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Primary Care Physician to join our collaborative outpatient care team in San Antonio, TX.

This full-time position offers a supportive clinical setting with a balanced workload, no hospital rounding, and a strong emphasis on continuity of care. The physician will provide comprehensive adult and/or family medicine services, focusing on preventive health, chronic disease management, and patient education.

Essential Position Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care to patients, including preventive, acute, and chronic care management.

  • Conduct routine physicals, wellness visits, and health screenings.

  • Diagnose and manage a broad range of medical conditions.

  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, lab results, and imaging as appropriate.

  • Develop individualized treatment and follow-up care plans.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and effective care delivery.

  • Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR).

  • Promote patient education and healthy lifestyle choices.

Qualifications

  • Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.

  • Training: Completion of a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program.

  • Licensure & Certification: Active or eligible Texas medical license;
    Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine.

  • Experience: Outpatient primary care experience preferred; new graduates welcome.

  • Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
