Greater San Antonio Emergency Physicians (GSEP) is seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our physician-owned, democratic group providing emergency care across the Methodist Hospital System in San Antonio. This opportunity offers true partnership, flexible scheduling, and the ability to practice in a collaborative, physician-governed environment.

• Competitive base rate + RVU incentive model

• High-volume, diverse acuity with 150,000+ annual ED visits

• MD/DO with ABEM or AOBEM Board Certification/Eligibility
• EM residency trained (ACGME or AOA)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Interest in long-term practice stability and ownership

• Base hourly rate plus RVU incentives
• Equal partnership track after 1,500 clinical hours
