Rialto Studio is looking to add a skilled Landscape Architect with 3-5 years of experience to our San Antonio team. We are seeking a creative, versatile individual who shares our enthusiasm for good design and teamwork. This individual will need adaptability and energy to work on a wide varietyof design projects, and the desire to learn and teach others. The successful candidate will manageand execute projects in our San Antonio office and collaborate with our Austin team to plan, design,document, and observe the execution of constructed projects.
Responsibilitieswill include:
- Managing projects and assisting in all aspects of project delivery, including design,documentation, coordination, and construction observation.
- Interfacing with clients and other consultants.
- Leading and collaborating with other professionals and subconsultants.
- Managing and mentoring junior staff.
- Managing project schedules, budgets, fees and programs.
- Professional development and networking encouraged.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are seeking the following qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a professional office
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch-Up, and MS Office software
- Demonstrated capability in design
- Excellent knowledge of construction documents, knowledge of local construction methods and plant materials preferred
- Strong graphic abilities a plus
- Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and willingness to work as part of a team
- Experience managing projects and interfacing with clients and other consultants
- Ongoing desire to learn from and teach others
- Graduate from an accredited program of landscape architecture
- Licensed or on the path to licensure
