Compensation& Benefits
- Ownership Track:
Structured transition to ownership - Earning Potential: $250,000–$300,000 annually
- Compensation Model:
Percentage of adjusted production - Continuing
Education:
$2,000 annual allowance - Benefits:
Comprehensive medical, dental, and 401(k) package - Schedule:
Full-time;
Monday through Friday with a half-day on Fridays (no weekends)
- Operatories: 6 total (including 3 hygiene rooms)
- Technology: iTero scanner, full implant setup
- Clinical Team: 3 hygienists
- Patient Base:
Primarily adults within a family-practice setting - Payor Mix: PPO and FFS
- Deliver comprehensive general dentistry with an emphasis on quality and patient satisfaction
- Collaborate with a team of dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in treatment planning and execution across a broad range of services
- Engage in leadership development with a focus on future ownership and operational management of the practice
- DDS/DMD degree with active Texas dental license
- Minimum of 3 years clinical experience preferred (AEGD/GPR completion a plus)
