We are a well-established private dental practice seeking an experienced and dedicated Dental Practice Administrator to lead our front office operations.

• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a dental office (front office roles).
• Proficiency in Open Dental software is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of all front office responsibilities, including scheduling, insurance verification, treatment planning, billing, and patient communication.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage daily office flow and support clinical team.

As the Dental Practice Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient front office operations, managing staff, and delivering a high level of customer service to our patients. This is a full-time position in a supportive, patient-focused environment.
