An exceptional opportunity is available for a motivated and clinically proficient dentist to join a long-standing, reputable practice in San Antonio, Texas. We are seeking a dentist who is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and who aspires to grow into a leadership role with the ultimate goal of practice ownership.

• Ownership Track:
  Structured transition to ownership
• Earning Potential: $250,000–$300,000 annually

• Deliver comprehensive general dentistry with an emphasis on quality and patient satisfaction
• Collaborate with a team of dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care
• Participate in treatment planning and execution across a broad range of services
• Engage in leadership development with a focus on future ownership and operational management of the practice

• DDS/DMD degree with active Texas dental license
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience preferred (AEGD/GPR completion a plus
