We’re seeking an enthusiastic, highly personable candidate with a flexible schedule.

We’re looking for a dedicated candidate who can commit to 32 hours per week, with open availability for mornings, nights, and weekends. Flexibility to travel between our 8 San Antonio locations and reliable transportation are a must.

• Greet Guests and Members with warmth, positivity, and a genuine smile
• Master our booking software to schedule appointments, manage check-ins/outs, and process payments
• Build lasting rapport with Guest in the lobby, creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Present and sell membership programs with confidence and charm
• Deliver exceptional Guest experiences to retain Members and drive in returning Guests
• Answer phones with professional, upbeat etiquette
• Thrive in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining a mature, solution-oriented attitude

• Outstanding Guest service and problem-solving skills
