We are looking for a Vacation Planning Advisor to assist clients with researching, organizing, and coordinating travel experiences.
Advisors work with individuals and families to understand their travel preferences and provide recommendations for destinations, accommodations, and travel packages that best match their needs.
This role focuses on delivering thoughtful service while guiding clients through the vacation planning process.
This is a remote opportunity offering flexible scheduling and access to professional training resources.
Key Responsibilities- Discuss travel interests and preferences with clients
- Research vacation options including resorts, cruises, and destinations
- Coordinate travel reservations and itinerary details
- Maintain communication before and after bookings
- Provide ongoing support throughout the planning process
