• Monitor radio and phone traffic and dispatch operational personnel as needed to support park operations.
• Make routine all-call announcements communicating park attendance, ride operations, ride statuses, downtime, weather updates, and other pertinent operational information.
• Document ride downtime, incidents, and operational notes in Mobaro and ensure accurate and timely entries.
• Monitor and track completion of operational checklists and ride ridership reporting.
• Inventory, issue, and track radios, keys, and other operational park assets.
• Serve as a communication link between Operations leadership and frontline operational teams.
• Answer guest and team member questions in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.
• Maintain a positive work environment through respectful and professional interaction with guests, team members, and management.
• Comply with all Morgan’s Wonderland policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Perform additional operational support duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to multi-task and work in an independent, fast-paced setting.
• Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
• Ability to remain focused and attentive for extended periods.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and special events.

• Primarily seated position with periods of standing and walking.
• Work environment includes an active outdoor amusement park with exposure to varying weather conditions.
