Customer Service Representative

Schedule: Full-time position with four 10-hour shifts per week, including mid and evening shifts. Weekend and holiday availability required.

Location: Thrive Pet Healthcare Specialists San Antonio, 2426 Ceegee St, San Antonio, TX 78217.

We offer a shift differential for weekend shifts*.

The Customer Service Representative is the first person a client will meet upon entering our facility and should be courteous and helpful at all times. The ideal candidate would be a positive person who can professionally treat any situation with a smile on their face.

• Recent experience as a veterinary receptionist or medical office receptionist
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Great team player
• Experience answering multi‑phone lines
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Familiar with standard office equipment
• Problem‑solver
• Weekend and holiday availability required

• Answer phones and greet clients and patients
• Accurately enter client information, collect payments, and print receipts
• Maintain an individual cash box which is to be balanced at the end of each shift
• Consistently provide exceptional customer service in a positive manner
