Customer Service Rep

Randstad is looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE REP position in San Antonio, TX.

Shift: Second (11:30 AM – 8:00 PM). Salary: $18 – $20 per hour.

• Review the customer’s credit card profile, payments, and account balances.
• Inbound Call Center: 75–100 calls per day (higher volume in earlier shifts). Calls are approximately 3–5 minutes and back‑to‑back with minimum time in between.
• Attention to detail for quality assurance.
• Research skills – will be researching case work themselves.
• Heavy coaching environment – candidates will receive a lot of feedback, need to be receptive and open.
• Patience, communication skills, active listening, and empathy.
• Acknowledge customer’s concerns, ownership, and not taking comments personally.
• Offer options to customers and resolve issues.

• Must be available for the following: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM (second shift only) and work either Saturday or Sunday with one weekday off.

• Training: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, M–F.

  Second Shift only.
