We have immediate openings for a full-time CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to join our fast-paced, high-volume Call Center. This position plays a critical role in the firm’s success, and the right fit to join our team is an energetic, reliable team player with the ability to multitask with great attention to detail while maintaining a positive, fun attitude. We are a highly skilled, compassionate, and accomplished team working together to offer our full and focused attention to our clients, working together in pursuit of their legal goals and objectives pertaining to personal injury claims.

• High-volume inbound call center utilizing a soft-web-based phone system.
• Receive all inbound calls to the firm and handle them accordingly (complete intakes for new potential clients or accurately transfer existing clients, vendors, and applicants).
• Documenting all calls in the firm's case management software (File Vine Case Management system).
• Manage and respond to online/live chat inquiries professionally.
• Communicate professionally with clients, legal staff, medical providers, co-workers, etc.

• 1-2 years of prior call center experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Organization and time management skills.
• Maintain the highest confidentiality standards for all client contact.
• Accurate data entry in our File Vine Case Management system.
• Basic PC and telephone skills.
• Familiarity with Outlook email and Microsoft Word.
• Able to work in an office/call center setting as the position is local to San Antonio (position is in-office/onsite).
• Bilingual is a plus.
• File Vine and Five9 experience is a plus.
