Pay Range: $19.50 - $29.00 hourly

• Act as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Assist clients with service-related and account inquiries, providing accurate information and clear solutions.
• Document all client interactions accurately in internal systems and CRM platforms.
• Coordinate communication between clients and internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain and update client records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Process client-related documentation in compliance with company procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
