This is a full-time, on-site role located in the San Antonio, Texas. The Construction Project Manager Assistant will support the Project Manager in coordinating construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include assisting with project scheduling, managing documentation, communicating with contractors and vendors, and monitoring project progress to guarantee compliance with company standards.

• Basic understanding of Project Management and Construction Project Management principles
• Skills in Construction Management and Project Coordination to assist in day-to-day activities
• Proficiency in Budgeting and related financial planning aspects of construction projects
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with construction industry software tools is a plus
• High school diploma or GED required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred
