Position Description

What You'll Do:

• Operate a dozer to move earth, rock, and other materials on construction sites
• Cut, grade, and level surfaces according to project plans and specifications
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety inspections
• Work closely with site supervisors, foremen, and other equipment operators
• Follow all safety guidelines and ensure work is performed efficiently and accurately

Position Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• 2 years of proven experience operating a dozer in heavy civil or roadway construction
• Knowledge of GPS or grade-control systems is a plus
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and grades
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
