About the Role

As our client expands their Interiors Specialty Trade Contracting
, they're seeking a results-driven Drywall
Estimator for this interiors subcontractor — from estimating and scheduling to field execution, safety, and budget.
This role partners directly with executive leadership to support and expand existing client base, strengthen field performance, and be a part of a high-performing team as the company continues to grow in San Antonio.

• Lead project delivery, margin protection, and schedule adherence across multiple interiors projects (drywall, framing, ceilings).
• Implement standardized PM tools and processes for scheduling, cost tracking, productivity, and closeout.
• Manager / Doer, this role will estimate and lead estimating (including outsourced partners); enforcing disciplined bid handoffs.
• Collaborate with a field team of superintendents and foremen, driving safety, accountability, and results.
• Establish a consistent operating rhythm: WIP reviews, cash/AR tracking, and risk management.
• Standardize procurement, vendor relationships, and logistics to reduce waste and delays.

• 8–15+ years of experience in commercial interiors subcontracting or GC operations (drywall/metal stud preferred).
• 5+ years of estimating experience with takeoffs and scope assembly.
• Proven success leading multiple projects of various size and scope with strong financial and operational results.
• Field-first leader with excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Bonus:
