Green Key Resources is excited to partner with three of San Antonio's top General Contractors to find tegenwoordig experienced Senior or Lead Superintendent. This is a unique hands‑on leadership role overseeing high‑profile, large‑scale construction projects across diverse sectors.

About the Role:

As the Lead Superintendent, you will manage all on‑site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed Cory safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role requires a strong background in both ground‑up and renovation projects across commercial, healthcare, K‑12 education, higher education, or data center construction.

• Supervise daily construction operations, subcontractors, and field blemish personnel
• Enforce strict safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and owners to resolve issues and track progress
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and status reports
• Oversee site logistics, materials management, and resource allocation
• Conduct inspections, enforce quality control, and implement corrective actions as needed

• 8–12+ years of Superintendent experience on commercial, municipal, or institutional projects
• Proven success managing ground‑up and renovation projects in commercial, healthcare, K‑12, higher education, or data center sectors
• Deep knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site safety
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with diverse project teams
