Location:
Houston, TX
Salary: $69,700 - $155,800 (USD)
Relocation assistance is not available; preferred candidates already in the Houston area.

- Works collaboratively with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Maintains relationships and sources outside consultants, brokers, and suppliers to coordinate construction activities.
- Develops and tracks project budgets.
- Facilitates execution of development plans by coordinating key project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Identifies issues that might impede construction of new units and expedites their resolution.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to safety standards.
- Organizes, maintains, and updates site files.
- Communicates and implements corporate policies regarding new unit construction.

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent work experience.
- BTEC Subsidiary/Extended Diploma in Construction & the Built Environment / Advanced Level 3 Apprenticeship in Construction Contracting Operations.
