Responsibilities
  • Works collaboratively with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Maintains relationships and sources outside consultants, brokers, and suppliers to coordinate construction activities.
  • Develops and tracks project budgets.
  • Facilitates execution of development plans by coordinating key project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Identifies issues that might impede construction of new units and expedites their resolution.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to safety standards.
  • Organizes, maintains, and updates site files.
  • Communicates and implements corporate policies regarding new unit construction.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent work experience.
  • BTEC Subsidiary/Extended Diploma in Construction & the Built Environment / Advanced Level 3 Apprenticeship in Construction Contracting Operations.
