Key Responsibilities:- Prepare monthly construction draws, financial statements, and monthly reports with accuracy.
- Support journal entries including tax, insurance accruals, and construction activity.
- Provide reconciliation expertise to ledgers monthly.
- Import invoices and record payments.
- Thorough understanding of and expertise in construction draws.
- Deadline and results minded.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, especially utilizing Excel to build and develop extensive workbooks.
- Knowledge of construction software including Sage
300, Textura, & Procore is a plus.
