As a Superintendent at RO, you will build a variety of projects in various sectors alongside the Project Manager, from conceptual plan, schedule, staffing plans, through completion. You will be the main supervisor for all field operations on site.

• Supervise all field operations for the project.
• Coordinate with PM in early identification of problem areas that affect project quality.
• Establish subcontractor performance schedules.
• Inspect the site and check for OSHA violations and unsafe practices and conditions.
• Conduct Toolbox Talks with all employees.

5-10 years’ experience with $10M+ projects and ground‑up expertise in Office, Industrial, Multi‑Family, and Mission Critical sectors
