Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects remotely while coordinating on-site activities through field teams, subcontractors, and project managers. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards and local regulations.

• Oversee daily construction operations through remote coordination and periodic site visits as required
• Manage subcontractors, inspectors, and field personnel to ensure project milestones are met
• Review schedules, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate execution
• Monitor project progress, quality control, and safety compliance
• Identify and resolve construction issues, delays, and cost impacts
• Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders
• Prepare progress reports, documentation, and site updates

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and building codes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects remotely with minimal supervision
• Proficiency with construction management software and remote collaboration tools

• Must have a valid U.S. work permit
• Must currently reside in the United States
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
