Overview
- Lead construction projects as a Superintendent, ensuring quality and timely delivery of data center and commercial facilities.
- Collaborate with project teams to manage on‑site operations and maintain compliance with safety standards.
- Oversee subcontractors and coordinate schedules to meet project milestones effectively.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications and client requirements throughout the construction process.
- Monitor project budgets and resources to optimize efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.
- Travel across Texas to oversee multiple projects, ensuring consistent quality and standards.
- Utilize your expertise to resolve on‑site challenges and maintain smooth project progress.
- Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for construction challenges.
- Manage on‑site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address issues promptly.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and challenges.
- Implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless collaboration among project teams.
- Oversee the implementation of construction plans and specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure proper documentation of project activities and maintain records for future reference.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management, preferably 10 years.
- Proven expertise in managing data center and commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
- Ability to travel across Texas as required for project oversight.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Truck allowance provided as part of the compensation package.
