Traffic Control – Laborer (San Antonio, TX) – Austin Bridge & Road
We are seeking experienced Traffic Control Laborers for construction projects in San Antonio, TX. Join a 100% employee‑owned company with a strong safety commitment.
Responsibilities- Able to follow instructions and assist skilled trades.
- Hand digging/trenching.
- Concrete pouring.
- Asphalt placement.
- Form setting.
- Traffic control.
- Install erosion control devices.
- General site cleanup and maintenance.
- Follow safety policies & procedures.
- Work hours may include nights, weekends, and adverse weather conditions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Minimum 1 year of construction experience.
- Strong commitment to job‑site safety.
- Demonstrated safe work practices.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Visa sponsorship is not available.
Medical, dental, life, and disability insurance; matching 401(k) plan.
LocationSan Antonio, TX
Salary$26,000 – $30,000 per year.
