Seasonal position at Sea World Parks & Entertainment. We’re passionate about caring for animals, having rescued over 40,000 animals (and counting!). We’re seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and hard‑working individuals to become our Ambassadors and play an important part on our incredible team.

• Plan, teach, and evaluate the implementation of camp curriculum and program schedule while creating and maintaining a safe camp environment.
• Perform job duties/tasks of positions within scope of supervision.
• Establish and maintain a positive atmosphere that ensures the highest level of ambassador performance and guest service while enforcing and complying with safety procedures and guidelines.
• Supervise, train, and counsel ambassadors while ensuring proper training and development in accordance with Sea World guidelines.
• Comply with area opening and closing procedures and ensure all ambassadors complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Help counselors identify and respond to camper behavior issues in a timely manner.
• Communicate with parents daily about participants’ experiences and report any issues to camp leadership.
• Know and understand all emergency policies and procedures associated with camp programs.
• Know, enforce, and follow all safety guidelines associated with camp and all program areas, including responsibility for camper safety and whereabouts at all times.
• Assist in maintaining accurate program records, including incident reports, counselor documentation, and daily attendance.
• Takes responsibility for the maintenance, inventory, and organization of all camp supplies, equipment, artifacts, and program areas used in daily operation. Inform the camp supervisor when supplies or equipment need to be ordered or replaced.
• Assists in ensuring all daily program needs are met, including preparing supplies and program areas for counselors and campers.
