We are hiring immediately for a Business Analyst
.
Position type: Full time, Contract.
Duration: 11+ months.
Location: 3 days onsite per week in Charlotte, NC / Pennington, NJ.
As a Business Analyst
, you will support financial routines for organizations within Wealth Management Technology (WMT).
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for all inputs into Finance for corporate forecasts – staffing plans, attrition factor, contract accruals, balancing to targets.
- Develop a financial forecast and ensure technology managers execute within 1%.
- Coordinate monthly and quarterly forecasting process and reporting in partnership with finance, tech managers and portfolio delivery leads.
- Track joiners/leavers and maintain staffing plans.
- Follow‑up with managers on hiring progress; elevate barriers/issues to BSM.
- Track and report corporate forecast variance drivers.
- Monitor capacity and forecast allocations and ensure accuracy and completeness.
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; interacting with executive level stakeholders.
- Strong and willing to navigate responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Range: $28 - $33 per hour.
