What You’ll Do
- Coach for Business Success:
Guide franchise owners on launch readiness, operations, HR, and sales strategies. - Drive Profitability:
Help owners reach financial milestones and Great Care® certification goals. - Implement Best Practices:
Support operational consistency, caregiver management, and regulatory compliance. - Mentor & Support:
Conduct structured coaching calls, on-site visits, and ongoing business guidance. - Track & Measure Results:
Monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and help owners achieve targets.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experienced coaches, mentors, consultants, or business development professionals.
- Strong sales, operations, or small business experience (home care experience a plus).
- Confident, results-driven communicator with a passion for helping entrepreneurs succeed.
- Comfortable traveling to franchise offices and building relationships with business owners.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and excited by startup growth and scaling businesses.
