Position SummaryDevelops, schedules, monitors, and improves the performance of the capital project portfolio. The Coordinator is responsible for managing external contracts, business plans, and budgets in line with company policies and controls. Collaborative problem‑solving with Project Leaders and management mitigates schedule conflicts and coordinates technical support. The role requires independent judgment, decision‑making, and continual process improvement.
Tasks and Responsibilities- Creates and maintains project, program, and portfolio schedules.
- Monitors, tracks, and recommends resolutions for scheduled tasks and resource conflicts.
- Tracks project/program/portfolio performance and identifies improvements to support management.
- Oversees periodic divisional meetings to resolve key project issues.
- Assists in the development and delivery of process and/or project training.
- Develops administrative and technical reports to improve efficiency and resource management.
- Defines participant roles and responsibilities for projects and programs.
- Creates and presents process guidelines for projects and programs.
- Collaborates with Project Leaders on schedule management.
- Performs other project and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
- Administrator for the Project Management (PM) Database.
- Reports portfolio schedule progress and risks, recommending mitigation actions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Mid‑level experience in office management or project coordination.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation, e‑mail, scheduling).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must have a favorable driving record.
- Master’s degree.
- Project Management experience.
- Strong reporting accuracy, attention to detail, legal reading comprehension, and active listing skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field from an accredited university or relevant work experience can be substituted.
Working EnvironmentIndoor work, operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, repetitive motion. Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi‑functioning printer and calculator. Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business related events.
Physical DemandsExert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
