We’re seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. This role maintains and enhances client relationships while coordinating product and service delivery, resolving issues, and identifying growth opportunities to foster long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities- Maintain and expand profitable customer relationships through effective communication
- Survey customers regularly to evaluate their perception of the company and address concerns
- Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry screening and RFQ preparation through quote follow-up and order conversion
- Enter and maintain accurate customer and job information in company systems
- Coordinate Contract Review meetings and provide exceptional customer service
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with proven relationship-building abilities
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to contribute positively in a collaborative setting
- Ability to manage changing workload and priorities
- Experience using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
We ensure regularly assess market data to establish salary ranges. The salary for this role is based on experience and starts at $65,000/year.
