• Work directly with clients to understand needs, solve problems, and drive improvements.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and turn insights into clear strategies.
• Create polished reports and presentations that influence decisions.
• Support solution implementation, training, and documentation.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops that move teams toward alignment.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and teammates.

• Bachelor’s in Healthcare Management, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or government consulting.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
• Experience supporting complex projects.
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma a plus (not required).
• Curiosity, courage, integrity, and a genuine desire to serve.
