Guaranteed Base Rate: $25 - $35 Hourly (pay rates may be negotiable based on qualifications / certifications). Incentive Earnings:
Earn 35% of your service labor sales. When your incentive exceeds your base guarantee, you'll receive the higher incentive pay. Shift
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; shift times depend on business needs and some weekend work may be possible.
- Technical Expertise:
Conduct preventative and light maintenance on commercial vehicles, focusing on wheel end work, brakes, air systems, and more. - Tire Service:
Provide specialized tire services, including mounting, dismounting, and repairs. - Safety:
Uphold safety and liability policies, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. - Work Together:
Collaborate as part of a motivated team to meet organizational goals and deadlines. - Physical:
Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods, including handling commercial tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 21 years of age.
- Must have one year of previous commercial truck or light mechanical service experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license for the type of vehicle required for the position and be able to meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
