We are looking for self-motivated and reliable individuals for our Technician position at our Infiniti dealership in San Antonio. We hope you are interested in joining our dealership family!

- Diagnose and repair vehicles based on experience, test results, and manufacturer guidelines
- Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections
- Conduct pre-delivery service checks on new vehicles
- Communicate findings and service recommendations to service advisors and customers
- Keep vehicles and work spaces clean during and after repairs
- Help maintain shop organization, safety, and inventory levels
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time
- Attend training sessions and staff meetings
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of automotive technician experience in a dealership or large facility (preferred Nissan)
- ASE certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and technical skills
- Positive attitude with great communication and teamwork abilities
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods
- Must be able to pass a background check and clear a drug screening prior to employment
- Full-Time (40-50 average hours per week)
- Commission based pay - hourly rate paid based on experience
