• 2+ years of Service Advisor experience (Ford or domestic brand experience is a big plus).
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
• A people person with outstanding communication skills.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced shop environment.
• A team player with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
