We are looking to add an F&I Manager to our growing team! We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to become part of our customer-focused sales team. Subaru of Troy is a dealership you want to work at. We truly are a team, and we are selective as to who we add to that team. Must have experience in the auto industry, knowledge of F&I regulations, and maintain high customer service satisfaction. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short‑term and/or long‑term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commission(s) off of Individual Product and Reserve Income Bonuses based on Individual Net PVR, Product Penetration, and Manufacturer Appropriability.

Qualifications
  • Automotive F&I experience in a Dealership setting (Preferred but not required)
  • CDK experience (a huge plus!)
  • Documentation of current and past performance
  • Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Outgoing personality with a positive attitude
  • Ability to excel in a fast‑paced environment
  • Professional presentation
  • 2+ years of dealership finance experience (required)
  • Prior automotive sales management experience (a plus)
  • A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals
