Automotive Technician – Mr. Transmission of San Antonio, TX auto repair shop location in { job.location.name } is looking for a motivated, driven, and talented individual to join our team. Our facility is clean, organized, and updated with some of the newest equipment. We are a locally owned and operated family-oriented business.

The technician is responsible for diagnosing problems and accurately prescribe the correct repair action(s) and promptly deliver the required service within safety compliance standards. Provides support and guidance to fellow team members and managers; working in cooperation with others to achieve desired results and exhibiting flexibility and adaptability.

• Proper system diagnosis
• Diagnose and repair automotive vehicles
• Removal, installation, and servicing of components
• Provide labor and time estimates for automotive repairs
• Provide accurate parts and materials list for repairs
• Inspect and test vehicles for necessary repairs
• Assist in proper maintenance of shop and equipment

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of electrical diagnostics
• Experience in domestic and import vehicles (both early and late model)
• Excellent follow-up & organizational skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Capable of assuming responsibility
• Ability to multi-task
• Capable of training intern technicians
