• Support the Business Process leadership team by coordinating and tracking enterprise process initiatives
• Ensure strategic process priorities translate into action, visible progress, and measurable outcomes across functions
• Act as a connective layer between leadership, process owners, functional teams, and external stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strong focus on organizational skills and follow-through
• Utilize agency management systems such as Applied Epic for process execution

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. permanently without the need for sponsorship
• Demonstrated successful follow-through on deliverables
• Experience working with agency management systems

• Experience scheduling, organizing, and communicating across teams
