Job Description

Dinamic AS Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator (Entry Level) to join our San Antonio office. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys planning, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients and internal teams. The Travel Coordinator will be responsible for organizing travel arrangements, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting operational efficiency through structured planning and communication.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • Prepare detailed travel itineraries and documentation
  • Monitor travel schedules and adjust arrangements when necessary
  • Communicate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments
  • Maintain accurate travel records and expense tracking
  • Ensure compliance with company travel policies
  • Provide administrative support related to travel logistics
  • Resolve travel-related issues efficiently and professionally
