PCSI is looking for an Office Manager for our upcoming custodial contract with Lackland Air Force Base! This role will provide administrative support for the team's operations leadership and other employees. The Office Manager is responsible for managing the office phone line, offering in‑person support to employees, and handling email communication. The Office Manager also handles administrative tasks on department‑specific systems, like processing background checks, submitting time sheets, and payroll‑related data entry.
This position will work off‑base at an office about 10 minutes from Lackland AFB in San Antonio, TX. Typical hours are Monday‑Friday, 8:00am‑5:00pm.

What You'll Do as Office Manager:
- Perform semi‑skilled, technical, and administrative work to establish and maintain office efficiency.
- Ensure that incoming and outgoing mail is handled properly and that urgent items are addressed promptly.
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, and payroll data accurately and on time, including all government reports.
- Maintain up‑to‑date training and professional certifications required for employees’ positions.
- Handle employee and customer calls and inquiries; answer the telephone in a courteous and professional manner. Route telephone calls to the appropriate person.
- Maintain FMLA, DARs, Worker’s Compensation activities, immunizations, and scheduling.
- Be the point of contact between Local Union and employees.
- Update database as needed and report to COR monthly.
- Maintain office supplies and re‑order supplies when required.
- Ensure office property and equipment remain in good repair and appearance.
- Maintain a clean and attractive office, including floors, windows, walls, desks, and files.
- Make recommendations on replacement, additions, or deletions of facilities and equipment when needed and/or economically justified.
- Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork with the company and a favorable image of PCSI.
- Perform Ad‑Hoc and other duties assigned by the Project Manager.
- Perform research and a variety of special projects as assigned.

What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 3‑5 years of prior office administration experience is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Requires intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and PC functions.

- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with employees, contract officials, and the public.
