Vaco is partnering with a trusted client on a fast‑paced 3‑4 month project offering a hybrid schedule—remote on Mondays and onsite Tuesday through Friday. We are seeking a detail‑oriented professional who can quickly integrate with the team and support key operational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Support project execution by managing day‑to‑day tasks and deliverables.
- Collaborate with onsite teams to ensure timelines, goals, and quality standards are met.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and process updates.
- Identify risks or workflow gaps and communicate solutions proactively.
- Assist cross‑functional partners to ensure project continuity and alignment.
- Ability to work onsite Tues‑Fri and remote on Mondays.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work in dynamic, client‑driven environments.
- Experience adapting quickly and prioritizing effectively.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
