Position SummaryThe Site Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative coordination and support to program directors related to the medical school curriculum in the School of Osteopathic Medicine. The Site Coordinator reports to the Clinical Administrative Support Manager.
This position is located at Brooks City Base in South San Antonio at 7615 Kennedy Hill Drive.

Description of Job Duties
- Maintain data in the learning management system (LMS).
- Serve as the primary administrative support during specified Phase II meetings including taking meeting notes.
- Collaborate with Phase II Coordinators to maintain data within LMS.
- Create and coordinate rosters for the Core site and associated sites.
- Ensure the timely completion of learner and facilitator evaluations.
- Assist learners in the completion of all clinical site onboarding requirements.
- Assist with Phase II assessments, as needed.
- Assist learners with Visiting Student Learning Opportunities (VSLO) requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate learner meetings to establish the fourth‑year rotation plan.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge
Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, or similar systems.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal.
- Ability to effectively work in a team environment.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures.
- Employee shall adhere to all applicable rules and regulations of the University, the Conference, and the NCAA.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Required Work ExperienceOne (1) year of relevant experience in an office setting.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working with learning management systems.
- Experience with database management.

Work HoursTypical Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm with occasional extended hours/weekends to meet departmental needs.
Physical DemandsAbility to lift up to 25 lbs of office supplies and materials.
