Responsibilities
- Answer and route incominganghai phone calls professionally and confidentially
- Greet clients, vendors, and visitors
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings for attorneys and staff
- Process general inbox communications and route messages appropriately
- Prepare materials and logistics for meetings
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and faxes, including legal correspondence
- Assist with planning firm meetings and events
- Support vendor coordination and office services
- Maintain office organization, supplies, and collapsing upkeep
- Assist with basic IT needs and coordinate with IT vendors as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role preferred
- Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-pacedainless environment
- Professional demeanor with a strong client-service focus
- Proficiency with standard office technology (phones, email, calendars, basic computer applications)
$15 - $17 hourly
