Product and Quality Assistant
ArchPoint Group is looking for a Product and Quality Assistant to provide administrative and operational support for Product and Quality Management teams.
Job SummaryThe Product & Quality Support Coordinator supports product documentation, customer and system data entry, sample management, and production support to ensure accurate product setup, compliance, and efficient cross‑functional execution.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Complete, submit, and maintain internal system documentation, including New Item Forms (NIFs), sample request forms, pricing forms, and related product documentation.
- Support customer setup requirements by preparing and submitting Product Information Forms (PIFs) and other customer‑specific documentation.
- Coordinate and support data entry and maintenance within Trace One, OBPS, and other customer‑related systems.
- Coordinate customer and factory samples, including preparing packing lists, organizing shipments, and printing and applying product labels.
- Support first production sample checks as required, including barcode verification and basic compliance confirmation.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the Product and Quality Management teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of projects.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 1–3 years of administrative, product support, quality support, or supply chain coordination experience preferred.
- Experience working with product data, documentation, or customer compliance systems is a plus.
- Experience with OBPS and Trace One is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with product or QA systems such as Trace One or OBPS is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow‑up skills.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with Product, Quality, Operations, and external partners.

Physical Demands- Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
