Billing Clerk

Our client is seeking a detail‑oriented Billing Clerk to support billing and accounting operations across multiple automotive dealerships. This role is critical to ensuring accurate invoicing, compliant deal processing, and timely financial reconciliation for new and used vehicle transactions.

• Prepare and process invoices and billing data for multiple dealership locations.
• Complete and reconcile all dealer trades, including documentation and payoffs.
• Process invoicing for new and used vehicle purchases.
• Prepare loan payoffs for trade‑in vehicles and verify accuracy of multi‑line billing items.
• Audit finalized deals to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation.
• Post completed deals into the accounting system and reconcile General Ledger schedules.
• Maintain organized and compliant filing systems for all billing and deal documentation.
• Communicate discrepancies, errors, or issues promptly to leadership.
• Perform additional accounting or administrative duties as assigned.

• 1–2 years of automotive dealership billing experience required.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screening.
