Senior Accountant (Oil & Gas / Property)
Compensation: $90,000 to $105,000 USD + discretionary bonus

Our client, in the North Central part of San Antonio is a growing, investment and commercial real estate management company. We have partnered with them to fulfill a Sr Accountant opportunity for a highly motivated, organized, detail oriented self-starter searching for a position with a wide ranging portfolio of responsibilities.

• Oversee full-cycle accounting for multiple entities with a primary focus on oil and gas operations
• Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy of segregated (non-consolidated) reporting across varied asset types
• Partner with ownership and senior leadership on continuous process improvement and ad hoc financial needs
• Drive efficiency and reliability in core reporting, reconciliations, and variance analysis utilizing Excel and Yardi
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities across oil and gas, property, and new development activity

• 3+ years full-cycle accounting experience, including oil and gas sector exposure
• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions/macros)
• Proven track record with multi-entity environments
