This role is responsible for the overall financial management of the company. This includes handling the general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Company is in the construction industry and does require similar industry experience.

• Handle full process accounting to include: general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management
• Manage the cash flow and ensure that the company is in compliance with all financial regulations
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
• Provide financial analysis and advice to management
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a managerial role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Construction Industry accounting required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
