Compensation: $58,000-$70,000
One of my favorite team's is hiring due to promotion and growth and we have a couple of seats to fill! This client is a well-established, highly successful multi-entity company with headquarters in San Antonio. They are looking to add an accountant to their growing team of superstars.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Complete variety of routine accounting functions supporting month-end close
Prepare accurate general ledger entries and financial statements
Reconcile general ledgers; research, analyze and document explanations for variances in general ledger accounts
Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger according to GAAP, maintaining complex Excel spreadsheets for supporting documentation
REQUIREMENTS:
Accounting degree and at least 2 years + of accounting experience
Demonstrate an understanding of GAAP through accurate application
Reconciliations, Journal Entries, Supporting Month End Close experience
Microsoft Office Suite, specifically comfortable in Microsoft Excel
