We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our client's growing tax team. In this role, you will lead and manage all aspects of tax compliance and consulting for a diverse portfolio of clients. This position offers partner-track potential, a collaborative team culture, and a strong opportunity to grow your leadership and client advisory skills.
Responsibilities- Manage client relationships and serve as the lead contact on key accounts
- Oversee tax engagements from planning to final deliverables
- Provide strategic tax and financial planning guidance
- Research and resolve complex tax and accounting issues
- Review tax returns and work papers for accuracy and completeness
- Mentor, develop, and train staff to enhance technical and industry knowledge
- Support the firm’s growth by identifying new opportunities and building client relationships
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA license required
- 2+ years of experience as a Tax Manager in public accounting
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and internal controls
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deadlines
