Salary: $85,000 - $100,000

Your Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting for 15+ entities across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
- Prepare and analyze balance sheets and income statements.
- Validate invoice coding, reconcile bank accounts, and handle tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of property or real estate accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA or eligibility a plus).
- Experience with MRI, Yardi, Real Page, or similar ERP systems preferred.
