Accountant, Financial Analyst, Financial Reporting

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Accounting team. In this role, you’ll help support month‑end close, fixed asset tracking, reconciliations, and daily accounting operations across multiple subsidiaries. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys structured work, maintaining accurate financial records, and being a reliable support partner to a high‑performing finance team.

• Support month‑end close activities including payroll/401k journal entries, credit card imports, accruals, and statutory reporting
• Manage fixed assets including set‑up, disposal, and monthly reconciliations
• Serve as Credit Card Program Administrator (employee onboarding/offboarding, limits, resets, audits, and training)
• Process various payment transactions including intercompany transfers, e‑pay initiation, positive pay exceptions, and annual tax payments
• Review and approve vendor bills daily for all subsidiaries, auditing for general ledger accuracy and corrections
• Enter and process recurring monthly bills in Net Suite (consulting, interest, rent, etc.)
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Complete balance sheet account reconciliations
• Serve as backup for Accounts Payable when needed (invoice posting, check printing, EFT/wires, etc.)
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Controller or CFO

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minimum of two (2) years of related accounting experience and/or equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities, including experience with inventory, production, procurement, logistics, financial reporting, and cross‑functional projects.
• Extremely organized and able to manage the logistics of multiple duties with professionalism and strong communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, with high levels of accuracy, timeliness, and dependability.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within the organization, work effectively with all levels of employees and management, and assist in providing solutions to challenges that arise.
