Responsibilities- Opening and distributing mail from line drivers
- Processing COD invoices from all divisions
- Preparing daily bank deposits from all divisions
- Scanning invoices and downloading into AS400
- Processing daily A/R checks and post/scan/reconcile to customer accounts
- Assisting customers on incoming calls
- Processing A/P checks (make copies/create batch/deposit by remote capture/forward check copies to A/P department)
- Running missing invoice query and searching for missing invoices
- Print/sort/scan/mail credit memos
- Prepare folders and file credit applications
- Mail weekly/monthly A/R statements
- Apply postage and send out mail daily
- Other duties as assigned by Manager
Qualified applicants will have a background in extensive data entry; ability to accurately type a minimum of 40 wpm; experience using 10-key; have excellent verbal and written communication skills; and a proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
